THIS XS650 BIKE WAS PROFESSIONALLY HARDTAILED BY KANSAS KUSTOM. THE MOTOR IS THE ORIGINAL TO THE FRAME AND THE NUMBERS MATCH. THE FENDER IS A 1935 FOR SPARE TIRE RING,THE TAILLIGHT IS 1937 FORD,THE BATTERY BOX IS CUSTOM MADE AND THE TANK IS A MUSTANG STYLE.THE ENGINE HAS A NEW VALVE JOB AND NEW RINGS INSTALLED. THE ENGINE RUNS GOOD AND STARTS WITH 1 TO 3 KICKS ( KICK ONLY, NO ELECTRIC STARTER ).

CARBS ARE REBUILT AND THE XS 650 BOBBER HARDTAIL HAS THE FOLLOWING NEW ITEMS: 5.10-16 REAR TIRE , 3.25-19 FRONT TIRE , FRONT MASTER CYLINDER AND BRAIDED STEEL BRAKE HOSE ,K&N AIR FILTERS ,CHROME COIL AND PLUG WIRES ,COCKTAIL SHAKER MUFFLERS ,NEW BATTERY ,RECTIFIER ,LEATHER SOLO SEAT ,BRAKE SHOES AND PADS ,FUSE PANEL ,SPEEDOMETER AND TACH , AND CHROME DRIVE CHAIN.

  • ALSO I HAVE INSTALLED NEW TAPERED NECK BEARINGS AND NEW FRONT AND REAR SPROCKETS.
  • THE CHROME IS PRETTY GOOD EVERYWHERE WITH THE EXCEPTIONS OF THE FRONT HEADPIPES AND HANDLE BARS WHICH ARE THE ORIGINALS.
  • THE CUSTOM BOBBER HAS BEEN PRETTY GOOD FOR ME AS A BARHOPPER STYLE CRUISER AND GETS LOTS OF LOOKS..

Yamaha XS650 weld-on rigid hard tail frame section is the easiest way to make your 650 xs into a chopper or bobber. yamaha xs 650 bobber motorcycle xs650 pictures shows the rake with hard tail struts. I get the feeling to do a new hard tail. A major advantage of building to me is the Yamaha XS650 chopper involves price and putting the entire Yamaha xs 650 chopper together. If you have more time to invest than money to invest to me this is clearly the way to build a sick custom chopper that you’ll be proud to ride. KICK ONLY IS THE ONLY WAY……..

    Are you guys building your own hardtail or is the anybody making custom frames? I have three ratty Xs650 and im looking to do something cool. Time isnt a issue for me neither cause I already have a bike now the road. Any help or Ideas would be welcomed Thanks

    Know where I can get a custom front sprocket for my XS650 bobber? Put a wider tire on it and need to spece out about 3/8″ ny help out there??
