Candy blue XS Bobber I built
- 12

Describe Your XS650: Year: 1976
Here is a 76 I chopped up a couple years ago. I added a Kansas Kustom 4″ stretched hardtail to it. Polished all the alluminum out. I added a boyer ignition to it, rebuilt the carbs, mac pipes. This was ther best bike I ever owned. She was a one kicker.

Thanks Joel Mekolites

very nice bike ,is already a few years in my own top 10
I like him very much
More SICK XS650 Choppers to come from Joel Mekolites??
Best to bookmark http://www.xs650chopper.com for next month’s feature bikes so you don’t miss out…LOL.. Shameless propaganda…. Seriously though click on the share bookmark button for a drop-down list of bookmarking sites… Or you could e-mail this post to a friend… They’d appreciate it… Drooling over motorcycles is only beaten by porn..
Great looking bike with classic lines. Very nicely done!
Really nice look very clean bike!
One of the best I have seen.
So I found your bike here first, and stumbled upon it via Youtube. I was going to comment there but I do not have an account and I was to lazy to set one up. Such a nice bike. I am building a 79 right now. I have a couple ?’s for you.
1. What treatment did you use on the frame? powder coat?
2. What size Maxxis tires did you use?
3 And that tank that you got form jireh cycles for $99, is it a 3.1 gal ‘king’ tank?
Thanks for your help.
Rusty
