Been working on a bike myself, and I think it's interesting with the xs650 that you always wind up with that gap between the rear wheel and the engine, and I wanted to mount my gas tank there, just wondering if that could work? Is there something about the way fuel draws (i.e. gravity) or something that would prevent that kind of thing?
I'll probably just do it anyway ( because I like to experiment) but I really wanted to find out from people who know their shit, and I know you guys do.
Just another quick question, I want to remove my battery and do a magneto setup, anyone got info on something like that? I can't figure out how you would power the lights with it either, at least from reading some material I have found on shit like that.
Any help is immensely appreciated! Keep up the great work this bike is beautiful.

id ride the wheels off it.
nice style to it yet kept that rawness of a rat bike look - not all showy like. not an overkill of brass usage.

i love brass and i love black. and no matter what anyone else has to say – i like your bike.<br

I will be checking out your myspace because I am getting ready to attempt building an XS and I could use some local advice.

JACKSONVILLE?
