Write about your XS650.: Here it is, my sweet little ride, its a 79 frame, with a 83 engine,83 front end and wheels, early 70s tank and headlight, I didn’t want to try to hide the fact that it was a Yamaha by using a peanut tank, which are kool, but the early xs yamaha tank and headlight bucket was the ticket for the look i was going for, which was kinda a bobber/tracker look, the rear fender is off a 74 yamaha 175 enduro, the handlebars are off a 85 yamaha xt 550, battery/electrical box was made by me, I was able to hide the elect. ignition behind the neck, under the fuel tank, hardtail/forward controls furnished by tc bros, paint is rattle can, satin and gloss black, which is temp. until i work all the bugs out, all work was performed by myself at cost of $2400+-,180+-hours of labor, fun,fun fun!

Dave what a neet old school looking bike the crafstmanship is great what a good job on the paint for rattel can. It is a job to be proud of .The tank looks good the way it is. Keep up the good work.
