Write about your XS650.: Started out 5 years ago as a running basket that somebody tried to convert into a sport bike. It’s nickname is the Mighty Mongrel due to the wide variety of parts used to get ‘er going, including bicycle fork blades as fender struts and an exercycle seat. Fires up every day in one or two kicks… not bad for a 28 year old basket case. Total so far- about $1000. Next step? well thinking bout extending the swingarm…
bike looks killer. what did the rear fender come off of?
Cool bike man! where did you get the lowering blocks for the rear? and are those stock rear shocks? I’ve been trying to do the same thing to mine.
