Beatersville 09′ Show Winner …….XS650

Write about your XS650.: I went to Louisville,Ky this summer to the Beatersville Car and Bike show. After picking up a 36′ ford truck cab earlier in the year,I thought I would go and check out the ratrods to get some ideas.
I took lots of pics that day ,but got only 3 pics of the metric bike class winner …. This rat XS650!

The engine treatment is definitely cool.
dude, this bike is just ugly… I love everything about it. This is exactly what I want to roll. This will piss off my neighbors (with their 30K+ harleys).
Looks like he just wiped his engine with some dirty oil to get that patina look. Love the sectioned tank, leather seat, and handlebars. It took a lot of work to make that bike look that neglected.
Mate this bike is Fu%*en ( apparently the sepo censor doesn’t like that word unless it has few of @#$%$ those things in it) kick arse!!! It’s ugly as wombat shit but it’s classy and well thought through.

The other bit was a dig at the censor of this page for censoring my use of the word F$%ck, apparently it’s not ok in “sepoland” to print the F word in it’s enirity. ( I’m a shithouse speller).

I saw this bike in The Horse(I think) several months back, it has definitely given me a lot of inspiration on my build! It’s just Fu#%in MEAN! And if I remember right it was built for less than $600!!
I love everything about it except the exhaust. Some wrap would take care of that though……
