It was rusted and seized I started out with an ’80 special, a basket case, as so many are, that was purchased for a few hundred bucks. It was rusted and seized, had a big Harley fenders bondo-ed over the original fenders and worst of all it was painted purple!

Ultra low bunny ear bars This 77 xs650 was completely built by Andrew Yocum from the D.C. metro area over a 4 month period.  The engine was completely rebuilt, had an electronic ignition installed and is now kick only.  The forks were shaved, power coated, and lowered 2½ inches.
