Street Tracker-Monoshock Swingarm

Street Tracker with Monoshock Swingarm from a RD 350 YPVS

This is my first XS I bought 1985th. In the first years I drove it with the usual modifications (short shocks, wide rear wheel, etc.).

A few years later the whole chopper stuff was packed again on the shelf. The Swingarm of the RD 350 YPVS fit like a glove (the hole for the axle had to be slightly enlarged). The bracket for the Monoshock is homemade, as are the exhaust manifold.

I like the yellow side case. I wonder how that would go on a bobber…

  3. fanoboss says:

Exactly what I thought Grease !!! But then the controversy would be if we could still call it a BOBBER !!!!

Great utilization. Is the bottom linkage solid to the frame or can it pivot? I put a Fz6 swing arm on project #1 and now got a Rz swing arm for project #2.
